The beverage Tequila is more than a beverage, it has become a symbol of Mexico and an emblem of our identity and multicultural richness. It was born in times before the Conquest and it transforms itself with the arrival of the Spanish into the beverage of our land. Its history is joined with Mexico’s history and is without a doubt synonymous of Mexico. Its flavour has conquered the world. Today tequila has transcended our frontiers, transforming itself into one of the most popular beverages in the world.
